Terms of Service

Electrical1 is a software application (MCC 5734 / 7372 — prepackaged software, digital delivery). It produces AI-generated electricity-bill audits, room-level heat-map estimates, fuse-box safety overlays, retrofit prioritisation, and short cinematic Audit Reels.

All outputs are AI-generated informational software outputs. Electrical1 is not a registered electrician service, not a financial / investment / energy / legal adviser, does not visit your property, does not issue Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), and does not provide 1:1 consulting.

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per individual; do not share credentials.
• You must provide accurate information about your property when running an audit.

Plans are billed via Stripe. Card statements show as ELECTRICAL1 AUDIT. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month; yearly subscriptions renew each year. You can cancel at any time from your billing dashboard or via the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Plan upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next renewal. We do not sell credit packs; if your monthly audit allowance is exhausted you can wait for the next cycle or upgrade.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not:

• Use Audit Reels or any output as a certified electrical inspection report;
• Submit AI outputs to insurance claims, government energy rebate programmes, or court proceedings as if they were professional engineering reports;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or build a competing service from our outputs;
• Upload imagery that is not your own property or for which you do not have the right to share.

Outputs are estimates generated by machine learning models trained on public residential electricity data. Real-world consumption depends on appliance condition, occupancy, weather, and tariff. Electrical1 makes no warranty that any specific saving will be achieved. See the full AI Disclaimer for details.

If the Service flags a high-risk hazard (red status), you agree to isolate the affected circuit if it is safe to do so and contact a registered electrician immediately. From 1 October 2026, EICR inspections in the UK require a Level 3 qualified inspector with two documented years of inspection experience.

You will not attempt DIY repairs on the consumer unit, ring mains, or fixed wiring — these require a competent person under BS 7671.

You retain ownership of your uploaded photos and inputs. You grant Electrical1 a non-exclusive licence to process them solely to deliver your audit. Outputs generated by the Service are provided to you for personal use; we retain rights in our software, prompts, and infrastructure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELECTRICAL ONE LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost savings. Total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; provisions that by their nature survive termination shall do so.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms; we will post the new effective date and, where material, notify you by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
