Pure-subscription, no credits
Electrical1 sells only subscriptions — Watt, Volt, and Megawatt. We do not sell credit packs or audit add-ons. There is therefore no “unused balance” to refund; billing is for monthly or yearly access.
First-month refund window
New customers may request a full refund of the first monthly charge within 14 days of the first payment if the Service did not perform as advertised. Email support@electrical1pro.com with subject “Refund” and a brief description.
Yearly subscriptions
Yearly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from the Customer Portal. If you cancel within 14 days of first payment we refund the full amount. After 14 days, we refund the unused full months on a pro-rata basis at the equivalent monthly rate (not the discounted yearly rate).
What we do not refund
- Charges for completed audits where the Service performed normally;
- Subscription periods already used;
- Charges incurred more than 14 days ago on a monthly plan that was not cancelled;
- Fees you paid to third parties (registered electricians, energy suppliers).
How to cancel
- Open billing dashboard.
- Click Open Customer Portal.
- Choose Cancel plan. The change takes effect at the end of the current period.
Chargebacks and disputes by processor
Please contact us before filing a chargeback or dispute. We will respond to your refund request within three business days. Disputed chargebacks may result in account suspension while we investigate, and we may share invoices, audit logs, and the acknowledgements you accepted at sign-up with the processor.
