You are buying a monthly or yearly licence to use the Electrical1 software application. The application is a self-serve digital tool: you provide inputs, our software returns AI-generated outputs (charts, annotated images, short video summaries).

Merchant category (MCC):

• Primary: 5734 — Computer Software Stores / 7372 — Prepackaged Software (digital delivery).
• Not 1731 (electrical contractors), not 6282 (investment advisory), not 4900 (utilities), not 7392 (consulting / management services).

Explicitly excluded from this subscription:

• One-to-one human consultation, advisory calls, or bespoke reports;
• On-site inspection, testing, or any physical visit to your premises;
• Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) or any regulated electrician work;
• Investment, financial-planning, tax, legal, or insurance advice;
• Energy-supplier brokering, switching, or any regulated energy service;
• Warranties or guarantees of any monetary saving.

All amounts are in USD and exclusive of taxes unless your payment processor is a Merchant of Record.

• Watt — Free forever, no card required.
• Volt — $15 / month, or $144 / year (20% saving). Stripe price lookup keys: volt_monthly / volt_yearly.
• Megawatt — $99 / month, or $950 / year (20% saving). Stripe price lookup keys: megawatt_monthly / megawatt_yearly.

Charges are taken at sign-up and again at the start of each billing period for the same amount. The renewal date is shown in your billing dashboard at all times. We do not change prices without 30 days’ prior notice by email to the address on file.

By subscribing you authorise ELECTRICAL ONE LTD (or its Merchant of Record, where applicable) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled. The descriptor shown on your card or PayPal statement varies by processor:

• Stripe — descriptor: ELECTRICAL1 AUDIT; dispute window: 120 days; channel: Stripe dispute via your card issuer.
• PayPal — descriptor: ELECTRICAL1*AUDIT; dispute window: 180 days; channel: PayPal Resolution Center.
• Creem — descriptor: CREEM*ELECTRICAL1; dispute window: 60 days; channel: Creem support (Merchant of Record handles tax + dispute). Acts as Merchant of Record, handling sales tax / VAT and chargebacks.

1. Open your billing dashboard.
2. Click Open Customer Portal. You will be routed to your processor (Stripe Customer Portal, PayPal Autopay, or Creem self-serve).
3. Choose Cancel plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. No phone call, no email confirmation required.

Yearly cancellations within 14 days of first payment are refunded in full. After 14 days you are refunded the unused full months at the equivalent monthly rate (not the discounted yearly rate). See Refund Policy.

The Watt plan is permanently free and does not require a payment method. We do not run a paid free trial today. If we introduce one, the trial length, conversion price, and exact first-charge date will be disclosed in the checkout flow before you commit a payment method, in line with Stripe trial-disclosure rules and PayPal recurring-billing standards.

• First-month refund: full refund within 14 days of first charge — email support@electrical1pro.com.
• Pro-rata refund: yearly cancellation after 14 days refunds unused whole months.
• Pre-dispute resolution: contact us before filing a chargeback or PayPal claim. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
• Stripe chargeback: file with your card issuer within 120 days; we will provide invoices, audit logs, and acknowledgement records.
• PayPal dispute: file in PayPal Resolution Center within 180 days.
• Creem dispute: Creem acts as Merchant of Record and handles disputes within 60 days under its merchant agreement.

ELECTRICAL ONE LTD never sees full card numbers. Payment data is collected directly by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1) or PayPal (PCI-DSS Level 1) or Creem (PCI-DSS Level 1) via their hosted Checkout / Billing UI. We store only the customer identifier returned by the processor and the last four digits, for invoicing.

Electrical1 is not available to, and may not be purchased from, jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions by the United Kingdom (OFSI), the European Union, or the United States (OFAC). As of the effective date this includes Crimea, the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Russia and Belarus to the extent prohibited by EU / UK / US sanctions packages then in force. We may decline or terminate subscriptions to comply with sanctions.

When processed via Creem (Merchant of Record), sales tax / VAT / GST is collected and remitted by Creem on our behalf. When processed via Stripe or PayPal, prices shown are tax-exclusive and applicable taxes will be added at checkout for jurisdictions where we have a tax obligation.

We may update these Billing Terms; material changes are notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
