What we do on receipt
- Acknowledge receipt within 5 business days.
- Remove or disable access to the disputed material expeditiously.
- Notify the user who uploaded the material so they can file a counter-notice.
- Restore material if a valid counter-notice is received and the original complainant does not file a court order within 10–14 business days.
Repeat-infringer policy
